Priority of home improvements - Radio

Kitchens and bathrooms are often selling points of a house, but renovations are not necessarily that important. A lower key investment that could be a big draw for buyers relates to the physical aspects of a home that contribute to the ongoing living costs. I’m talking about windows and doors, the furnace, the water heater and shingling on the roof. Energy efficiency is becoming increasingly important to today’s buyers. An investment in these features is not only the environmentally friendly choice, but they can significantly reduce a home’s energy and power bills. 

Updating your kitchen and bathrooms is always money well spent, but an investment in energy efficiency may provide a bigger payoff in the end.
